Contentstack, a composable digital experience platform (DXP) provider, announced the addition of the Audiological Care business of Sonova to its customer portfolio. Sonova’s Audiological Care business selected Contentstack to power its migration to a headless CMS solution as part of its digitalization strategy that puts omnichannel at the forefront, the company says.

Sonova’s Audiological Care business will benefit from a new modern CMS solution to support content creation and collaboration for its new website, whilst increasing agility to quickly respond to the business’s evolving needs, according to a release. By taking advantage of Contentstack’s headless CMS, Sonova’s Audiological Care business aims to ensure consistency across its websites, improve internal workflows, and enhance content output speed and content sharing across markets. A MACH-based approach will enable the business to introduce key new features to its website and deliver more personalized experiences across all channels.
