Many attendees at InfoComm09 who were considering adding audio-visual equipment to their houses of worship visited the TFWM Technologies for Worship pavilion, according to a statement from Williams Sound Corp, Eden Prairie, Minn, a provider of the technology.

Williams Sound provided an array of Personal PA™ transmitters and receivers, headphones, and microphones, which were used live during audio workshops in the pavilion, the company says. Attendees learned how to increase the outreach of their churches by incorporating audio/video, lighting, and display technology.

Jean Anderson, a TFWM representative, said in the statement that attendance at the TFWM Technologies for Worship Pavilion was up almost 30% this year, with a noticeable increase in serious buyers and those requesting formal educational opportunities.

Williams Sound is a global manufacturer of wireless listening technology.
