The TCI model is a digital tinnitus control instrument that features an 8-channel fully digital sound generator with four pre-programmed sound therapies. The TCI C model is a digital tinnitus control hearing instrument that features a fully digital four-channel programmable sound generator. In addition, the TCI C model offers adaptive noise suppression and sound generator signal adjustment, which reportedly provide improved speech intelligibility in difficult listening environments.
