Warner Tech-care Products, LLC and Hal-Hen Company, Inc have announced that they have combined, effective January 5, 2018, to form the premier supplier of hearing aid products and accessories to the hearing healthcare industry. The combined companies will operate under the name of Warner Hal-Hen.

Cont_0 Founded in 1984, privately-owned Warner Tech-care is an international supplier of a range of innovative and high-quality hearing aid products and accessories to hearing aid manufacturers, audiologists, hearing aid dispensers, and other hearing healthcare professionals.

Hal-Hen, a supplier of hearing healthcare products and accessories to the hearing healthcare industry, offers one of the world’s most popular lines of hearing aid accessories. Hal-Hen was founded 71 years ago by two best friends and World War II US Navy veterans, Harold Spar and Henry Meltsner. They were joined and ultimately succeeded by their sons, Ron Meltsner and Eric Spar.

Hal-Hen will operate as a Warner Tech-care Company. Heidenreich will serve as president of both Warner and Hal-Hen. Joe Vespe will continue to direct Hal-Hen’s operations. Together, they are working diligently to ensure a smooth consolidation of the companies’ operations at Warner’s headquarters in Minnesota. Customers may continue to order from either or both companies.
