Beltone recently held its 2012 National Meeting at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas and announced the rebranding of BelCare, its aftercare program for hearing aids.

The annual event was reportedly attended by nearly 800 members of Beltone’s American and Canadian dispenser network, as well as international guests from over 10 countries.

During the meeting, Todd Murray, Beltone’s president, congratulated all of the company’s network members for their achievements and presented performance awards to top practitioners throughout the North American market. For 2012, The President’s Cup Award was given to Paul Robbins of St John’s, Newfoundland, Canada.

Attendees also participated in working breakout sessions that showcased the best strategies for getting patients to take action with their hearing loss. Guest speakers included “emotional brand building” expert Scott Deming and Olympian and best-selling author Vince Poscente.

Beltone also used the meeting to announce the rebranding of BelCare, its aftercare program that offers lifetime care for Beltone hearing aids. The program includes complimentary annual hearing screenings and free hearing aid inspections with cleaning and repair at over 1,500 Beltone Hearing Care Centers throughout North America. The rebranding will include new marketing materials, including newspaper ads, brochures, delivery materials, and posters.
