Starkey announced that it is celebrating Better Hearing Month this May by launching Starkey Cares, a corporate social responsibility program aimed at making hearing health care more accessible to patients in need. This month, the company announced, its Center for Excellence provided hearing healthcare services and brand-new hearing aids to frontline healthcare workers as a “thank you” for their service throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as almost 40 other individuals in need of hearing healthcare. Held in Starkey’s global headquarters, this marks the beginning of the program, which will continue to expand in reach over the course of the summer.
