Hansaton, a family-owned and operated worldwide hearing instrument manufacturer, has opened its new expanded USA headquarters in Plymouth, Minn.
Hansaton President Robert Eastman officiated at the opening ceremonies with a speech to employees and a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The company also celebrated the launch of the XearA conventional and AQ SLIM 3G rechargeable hearing instruments.

The new state of the art facility has doubled Hansaton’s manufacturing and sales capacity while also providing an opportunity for continued growth. Hansaton’s new training center is also included in the building.
“With the success of the new XearA technology and the AQ rechargeable product line, the company needed additional space to expand the sales, customer service, and the custom shell lab,” said Eastman. “With our new headquarters, top of the line technology, and the most advanced rechargeable products in the industry, we are well positioned to provide hearing healthcare providers and patients with the best the industry has to offer.”
The new facility brings the Hansaton team together to better communicate and collaborate to optimally serve our customers. “We also have the ability to train our staff and customers in our new training facility,” said Eastman.
With the transition to the new worldwide headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, in 2013 and now a bigger facility in the United States, Hansaton is well positioned to serve its customers and their communities for years to come, says the company. Hansaton launched what it describes as the new super-fast XearA technology and the most successful rechargeable AQ 3G products on the market in 2013, with new XearA products continuing to debut throughout 2014.
