An Updated Genesis AI

The Genesis AI was recently updated to now include two new features designed specifically to help patients hear clearly in more situations, the company says.

  • Edge Mode+: Edge Mode+ has now become automatic once engaged. After the user turns on Edge Mode+, it continues to scan, adapt, and optimize as the wearer changes environments or as the environment they are in changes.
  • Motion-based optimization: Adaptive directional microphones now have the power of sensor technology embedded inside Genesis AI.

In addition, the all-new Starkey Neuro Processor part of Genesis AI features advanced processor technology, which mimics the function of the central auditory system through an on-chip Deep Neural Network accelerator.
