The OneLight system integrates illumination into procedural tools to improve visualization and workflow in ambulatory care settings.

Bionix has launched the OneLight Illumination Platform, an integrated system of lighted tools designed for ear, nose, and throat procedures performed in ambulatory care settings. The platform aims to address workflow interruptions and inconsistent visualization that can result from using multiple disconnected light sources and instruments.

Built around a single rechargeable light source, the OneLight platform uses a portfolio of compatible tools to provide consistent, bright white illumination across different procedures. This design allows clinicians to perform tasks without needing to switch between separate equipment or adjust setups.

“This is not just a new device. It represents a better, more consistent way to approach everyday procedures,” says Chris Becker, president of Bionix, in a release. “By integrating illumination directly into the tool, the OneLight platform allows clinicians to maintain clear visualization and greater control without switching between a light source and an instrument. It simplifies what they have to manage in their hands and supports a more efficient, confident approach to care in the exam room.”

The platform currently supports cerumen removal and foreign body extraction, with additional compatible tools planned for future expansion.

The OneLight Illumination Platform is available through Bionix distribution partners.
