Amplifon, a global provider in hearing care services and solutions, has been named a top employer by the Top Employers Institute for the fifth consecutive year for its best practices in human resources management and has unveiled its new distinctive Employee Value Proposition, which is a set of reasons that make working at the company a unique experience.
This year, the Italian multinational obtained the international certification in three regions: North America, Europe, and, for the first time, Latin America. Also, Amplifon has been certified in 16 countries: Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, the Netherlands, the United States, Canada, Panama, Colombia, New Zealand, Belgium, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador and Australia, according to the company. In the last five countries, the certification was achieved for the first time this year.

Amplifon also took this opportunity to officially present the new claim for its employee value proposition (EVP): “Amp Up Your Career”, which testifies to the group’s commitment to attracting the best talents and enhancing their career paths, according to the company.
