The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) announced that Vicki R. Deal-Williams, MA, CCC-SLP, FASAE, CAE, will be ASHA’s next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). She will succeed Arlene A. Pietranton, PhD, CAE, who has been CEO since 2004 and will retire at the end of this year.
