The new receiver-in-canal device runs on Signia’s Multi-adaptive Xperience platform, which uses four deep neural networks to simultaneously process speech, noise, environmental conditions, and the wearer’s own voice.
HearUSA has announced that the Signia Pure C&G MaX hearing aids are now available at HearUSA centers nationwide, adding Signia’s latest AI-powered platform to the retailer’s existing portfolio of advanced hearing technology.
The Pure C&G MaX is built on the Signia Multi-adaptive Xperience (MaX) platform, which the company describes as a multi-dimensional AI hearing aid platform powered by four task-specific deep neural networks (DNNs): Speech Detection, Own Voice Detection, Scene Analysis, and Noise Processing. Each network is trained to analyze a distinct dimension of sound, with all four operating together as a single coordinated system through Signia Acoustic Intelligence.
The platform is designed to address one of the most commonly cited challenges among hearing aid wearers: following dynamic, multi-talker conversations in noisy environments. According to Signia’s own testing, 97% of wearers performed better with Signia MaX in noisy group conversations compared with key competitors.

Device Specs and Connectivity
The Pure C&G MaX is a receiver-in-canal (RIC) hearing aid available in eight color options. It ships with a pocket-size portable charger capable of storing up to four full charges, delivering a full charge in four hours and up to six hours of runtime from a 30-minute charge.
Connectivity is handled through Signia OneConnect Technology, which supports Bluetooth Classic, LE Audio, Telecoil, and Auracast. The range of connectivity options is intended to broaden compatibility with the devices and audio experiences patients use daily.

The Pure C&G MaX availability follows HearUSA’s recent addition of the Signia Pure Charge&Go BCT IX to its centers, continuing the retailer’s pattern of expanding its Signia-based offerings as new platforms come to market.
