The open-captioned videotapes provide easy-to-follow instructions for the three models included in the series: the Superprint Pro80 standard 1×32 character display; the Superprint Pro80 GOLD two-line display and the Superprint Pro80 LVD built-in large visual display.

The videos, which are about 20 minutes long, lead viewers through step-by-step demonstrations of commonly used TTY features. Viewers can follow along with the video or fast forward to specific features. Many topics are covered, including how to set up a TTY, how to make and answer a call, how to use auto-answer and how to use the dialing directory. The videos also cover the basics of TTY etiquette and show users how to program their TTY to fit their personal needs.
