The Vancouver, Wash-based hearing care management company has received back-to-back Top Workplace recognition from The Oregonian, along with a new distinction as a Top Women-Led Workplace in Oregon and Southwestern Washington.

Audigy, a management company serving independent hearing care, ENT practices, and health systems across North America, has been named a 2026 Top Workplace by The Oregonian and recognized as a Top Women-Led Workplace in Oregon and Southwestern Washington.

The honors are based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC, an employee engagement technology partner. The survey evaluates organizations across key drivers of workplace culture, including leadership, alignment, employee development, support, and empowerment.

“We are incredibly honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace once again because this recognition reflects the experiences and voices of our employees,” says Kim Gilmore, president of Audigy, in a release. “For over 22 years, we have believed that when people are supported, challenged, and given opportunities to grow, they can make an extraordinary impact. This recognition, along with being named a Top Women-Led Workplace, reinforces our commitment to building a culture where people can thrive while helping our members succeed.”

This marks Audigy’s second consecutive year receiving Top Workplace recognition from The Oregonian. In 2025, the company was ranked #3 among midsize employers with 100–499 employees in Oregon and Southwestern Washington.

Culture as a Business Driver

Audigy frames its internal culture as directly linked to the quality of support it delivers to member practices. The company’s stated philosophy holds that exceptional employee experiences create exceptional member experiences — a principle it says strengthens its ability to help independent hearing care and ENT practices deliver better patient outcomes.

Audigy’s focus on culture is aligned with its mission of helping members, their teams, and its own employees achieve personal, professional, and financial goals. The company says it fosters an environment where employees are encouraged to develop skills, contribute meaningful work, and advance their careers while positively impacting the practices and communities they serve.

“Our people are at the heart of everything we do,” says Gilmore, in a release. “They bring our values of Leadership, Partnership, and Commitment to life every day. These recognitions provide an opportunity to celebrate our team, but they also remind us that culture is never finished. It is something we must continue building together.”

Audigy partners with independent audiology clinics and ENT practices across North America, offering clinical, financial, and operational support aimed at enabling practices to deliver patient care while meeting business performance goals.
