Hearing Health & Technology Matters has opened public voting for the seventh annual Hearing Technology Innovator Awards, an international program recognizing innovation and achievement across the hearing industry.

Hearing Health & Technology Matters (HHTM), an online resource for hearing professionals and consumers with hearing loss, has announced the opening of the public voting period for the 2026 Hearing Technology Innovator Awards.

Now in its seventh year, the awards program is international in scope and recognizes technological innovation and achievement across hearing technology categories. Winners are determined at least in part by public and community vote, making participation from hearing care professionals a meaningful component of the process.

No clinical evaluation criteria are associated with the awards process. The program serves as a community-driven signal of which hearing technology trends and products the field considers most noteworthy, offering a snapshot of market priorities at a given moment in time.

The Hearing Review has covered the awards program across multiple cycles. In 2025, Widex’s Allure app and Compass Cloud took home honors, and the full slate of 2025 winners was announced following the close of that year’s voting period. Previous cycles have also recognized products including a Widex hearing aid in 2024 and Med-El USA’s OtoPlan, reflecting the breadth of categories the awards have historically spanned.

Voting is open to the public. Additional information on how to participate is available at hearinghealthmatters.org.
