Steve Hawkins, MA, will serve as the vice president of sales and marketing. Hawkins has several years of experience in the hearing health care industries, and has owned and operated several private practices. He was also a regional marketing representative for a manufacturer involved in cochlear implants. Hawkins has served as vice president of the Dallas/Fort Worth Hearing Aid Dispensers Assn. and as a board member of the Texas Hearing Aid Assn. He holds a BA in audiology/speech pathology and an MA in audiology from the Univ. of Missouri-Columbia.

Siemens Hearing Instruments Vice President of Sales Joe Lugara announces the promotions of sales representatives Janice Collins, Randy Fiasco, Maryellen Brisson and Pamela Dorn, as well as the additions of Ryan Knoles and Rob Dowling to the sales staff.

CollinsCollins has been named national sales coordinator and will be responsible for managing inside sales efforts nationwide. She is a graduate of Rowan Univ and has 20 years of experience with the company.

FiascoBrissonFiasco and Brisson will serve as eastern regional sales manager and western regional sales manager, respectively. Fiasco attended Angelo State Univ. in San Angelo, TX. He has 16 years of experience in the hearing industry with the last six years working for Siemens. Brisson is a graduate of Univ. of Arizona with a BS in speech and hearing sciences and an MS in audiology.

DornDorn will serve as the account representative for Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington, DC. She was a staff audiologist at a corporate audiology center prior to joining Siemens as a sales representative. She graduated from the State Univ. of New York, Buffalo, with a BA in communicative disorders. She received her MA in audiology from the Univ. of Connecticut.

KnolesKnoles joins Siemens as an account representative for Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, Kansas, Nebraska, Alaska and Hawaii. Knoles graduated from the Univ. of California, Santa Barbara, with a BS in biological sciences.

DowlingDowling is appointed to serve as business development sales representative, responsible for educating new customers about the products, services and special programs offered by the company. Dowling has worked as an audiologist, and graduated with an MA in Audiology from the State Univ. of New York, Buffalo.

Nelson Hiraoka has joined Widex as production manager. He brings to the company over 22 years of production experience within the hearing aid industry. Hiraoka is a graduate of Getulio Vargas Technical Institute in Brazil.
