Software Programs Management
Aegis Group, Portland, Ore, has announced the release of Sycle for beta testing. This full-service hearing practice management software is designed to provide easy daily scheduling, whether you have a single or multiple-location practice. The software also features marketing capabilities and real-time reporting and scheduling updates, and it records patient interactions and reminds the practice manager when each patient needs a reminder. Physician Marketing Program
The Better Hearing Institute, Alexandria, Va, has released the 2002 BHI Physician Referral Development Program, a two-CD-ROM interactive training program designed to assist hearing care professionals in gaining new business and referrals from physicians. The first CD, entitled The Basics of Physician Referrals: A Course for Hearing Professionals, contains video lectures, studies on hearing loss, and a post-course evaluation; the second CD, entitled, Hearing Loss: A Call to Action, targets physicians and other medical staff.
